For customers picking up their orders, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup at our shop. You have 7 days from the date the email is sent to collect your items. After this period, your order will be refunded, minus a 10% restocking fee, and all items will be returned to our inventory.
If you're unable to pick up the order yourself, someone else can do so on your behalf. They will need to provide your name and order number.

We provide free delivery on orders over $150 before taxes (if applicable), and a flat shipping fee of $10 for orders under $150. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time: Unless otherwise specified in the product description (e.g., pre-orders, backorders), orders placed Sunday through Thursday are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday through Saturday are typically shipped the following Monday. Orders made during holidays are generally shipped within the next two business days. Please be aware that national holidays may impact shipping times, even with expedited shipping options.
If there are any delays in shipping on our end, we will promptly contact you to keep you informed.

Our products is brand new and factory sealed (unless otherwise stated, e.g. unopened “without shrink” products). To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns on any trading card games. Any issues related to mispacks, misprints, or other manufacturing defects must be addressed by contacting The Pokemon Company directly.

Cancellations can be requested before shipment and are subject to a 10% cancellation and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred during the initial transaction. Orders cannot be partially canceled, and once an order has been packaged, cancellation is no longer possible.
For pick-up orders, cancellations are not accepted. However, exchange requests can be considered on a case-by-case basis at the time of pick-up.

We currently do not offer pre-orders due to the current volatility in the Pokemon card market. The supply and pricing of Pokemon cards can fluctuate significantly, and we want to ensure that we can deliver the best possible product at a fair price without overpromising and underdelivering.
